📦 Processing Time

All wholesale orders are made to order.

  • Standard Processing: 2–3 weeks
  • Processing times may vary during high-volume periods

⚡ Rush Orders

Need it faster? We’ve got you 🤙🏽

  • Rush Order Fee: $50
  • Rush orders are prioritized and move to the front of our production queue
  • Estimated processing time for rush orders is 3–5 business days

👉 Rush processing applies to production time only and does not affect shipping carrier delivery times.

🚚 Shipping Methods

We offer shipping through the following carriers:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected carrier.

🌺 Local Maui Delivery

We offer free local delivery to wholesale partners located on Maui 🤙🏽

  • Delivery is available to approved business addresses only
  • Orders will be delivered directly to your shop
  • We will coordinate delivery timing as needed

📍 Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, Rinn Stitches is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist with documentation if needed.

📦 Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.

Rinn Stitches is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
