🐙 What is your minimum order quantity for orders?
Minimum starting order for a new account is $400 (can be a mix of products, does not have to be one particular product). Minimum Restocking orders $200 for established accounts.

🐙 Can we customize the products with our shop’s logo?
Absolutely! We offer customization on our BCD tags, tank bands, and more. Just provide us with your logo, and we’ll take care of the rest. Customized items are a great way to offer your customers a unique memento of their dives with you. There is a $50 artwork/digitization fee for all custom designs. (This is a one time fee, artwork is kept on file for any future purchases).

🐙 What is the turnaround time for orders?
Our standard turnaround time is 3 - 4 weeks, depending on the size of the order and whether customization is required. We’ll provide an exact timeline when you place your order, and we always strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible.

🐙 What are your shipping costs and options?
Shipping costs vary based on the size of your order and your location, but we offer competitive rates and multiple shipping options. We’ll work with you to find the best solution to get your order to you quickly and affordably.

🐙 Can you handle international orders?
Yes, we ship worldwide! We’re experienced in handling international orders and can ensure that your products arrive safely and efficiently, no matter where your shop is located.

🐙 What if we need to reorder quickly?
We understand that inventory needs can change quickly, so we do our best to accommodate rush orders when possible for a small $50 fee. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll work with you to get it to you ASAP.

🐙 Can we see samples before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely! We can send you samples of our products so you can see the quality and
craftsmanship firsthand before committing to a bulk order. Just let our sales team know and we will get them in the mail ASAP!
