π Wholesale Return & Refund Policy
At Rinn Stitches, all wholesale orders are produced specifically for your business. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale purchases.
π Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, weβve got you covered π€
Please email us within 5 days of delivery at wholesale@rinnstitches.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit for the affected items.
π« Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Custom Shop Logo Products
- Unsold inventory
- Buyerβs remorse
- Incorrect items ordered
- Minor variations in color or stitching
All wholesale orders are considered final sale.
π¦ Shipping Issues
Rinn Stitches is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist with documentation if needed.
